The Bible Study Ministry of LSCC saddles the responsibility of teaching the undiluted word of God and the word of grace to the members. It is set up to fully enlighten and build up believers in the word of God so that they are able to stand by themselves, live in obedience, live in holiness and for believers to enter into their inheritances and glorious destinies in Christ
– Acts 20 v 32.
The Choir Ministry of LSCC creates an environment where everyone becomes a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Our choir engages people to worship God and to give Him and the church the best worship experience to connect with the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit.
The Children's Ministry of LSCC reaches children from ages 2 to 12 years. We nurture and raise children with the word of God to develop a personal, loving and serving relationship with the LORD Jesus Christ. Our ministry guides them to discover their divine purpose in God; giving them a sound spiritual, moral, and financial foundation for a vibrant, victorious and impactful life on earth and in their walk with God.
The Evangelism Ministry of LSCC is central to the mission of the church in any age. It is the great commandment told to all believers from Jesus Christ; “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15.
LSCC takes this command of the LORD seriously and we are committed to it until everyone in the Indiana community and the World is reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ, our Lord!
In coordination with the Senior Pastor, the Finance Ministry of LSCC is responsible for the financial operations of the church. They are responsible for the accounting, budgeting, banking, record-keeping, and all related activities of the church’s finances.
The Follow-Up Ministry of LSCC collates the information of the new converts and visitors at church services or events in order to follow up with them. Additionally, they assemble and keep statistical data of old, current and new church members for prayers, visitation, encouragement and support.
The Media Ministry of LSCC has the responsibility of operating and maintaining the audio/visual equipment during church programs. Also responsible for the graphic designs and media selections that support and promote the communication and teachings about our church and the Gospel.
The Prayer Ministry of LSCC is specially commissioned and committed to praying for the body of Christ, the propagation of the Gospel, the sick and the needy, our church, our members, our families, our community, the United States, all of our political leaders, and all nations of the world in accordance with 1 Timothy 2:1-4.
Cleanliness, they say, is next to Godliness. The Sanctuary Keepers of LSCC are a very important unit, without which there will be no conducive atmosphere for on-site services.
Ushers administer security, orderliness and the observation of protocols in all church events. Their responsibilities are large and varied.
The Student Affairs Ministry of LSCC caters to the unique physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of college and graduate students in our church. This ministry creates opportunities for fellowship through hang-out events and through the Campus Fellowship Ministry at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).
The Welfare Ministry of LSCC (Living Spring Community Church) is saddled with the responsibility of taking care of and attending to the needs of members of the church and the community in which we operate. The fundamental principle on which the department is founded is the love of God, and that of our neighbors.
